Reservations in advance are highly recommended and secured with your Credit Card or Gift Card number.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Please arrive 15 min. prior to your appointment to ensure that precious service time is not lost. Services end on time to avoid delaying our next guest. Upon check in we require you to complete a health intake form. Certain medical conditions may preclude you from some spa services or treatments or they may be modified if appropriate. Please indicate if you are on medication or may be pregnant.

SPA ETTIQUETTE:

In consideration and respect with the right to privacy and quiet for all Kelowna Spa Guests and your maximum spa experience: Please leave cellular phones, pagers and jewelry at home or in lockers provided. O Spa cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. The Spa is not suited to accommodate children, please make arrangements for child care.

WHAT TO WEAR:

For all body, facials and massage treatments Guests will be provided with a Spa Robe and Sandals. Should you wish to be robed for Pedicures or other services please let Guest Services know when you check in.

INSTRUCTIONS:

To ensure a safe and relaxing O Spa experience, we require you to complete a health intake form upon check-in. If you have certain medical conditions such as asthma, allergies or high blood-pressure or are pregnant, certain spa services may have to be modified or may not be appropriate.

MAY I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT/CANCELLATIONS:

Yes, you may change your appointment with 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations may have a small cancellation fee. No shows will be charged for the full service. Kelowna spa Guests are entitled to complimentary use of the Tranquility Lounge and Beverage Bar. Use of showers, lockers and change facilities for men and women is included for Spa Guests. To maximize all Spa Guests experience, serenity and quiet is requested when spending time in the Tranquility Lounge.

Please refrain from using a cell phone, while having spa
treatments, changing or relaxing in the lounge.
