Reservations in advance are recommended and secured with your Credit Card.
PROMPTNESS
Please check in 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your services. Late arrival will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa experience, as your service must still end on time to ensure our next guest is not delayed.
MAY I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?
All treatments you select are reserved especially for you with respect for other guests and employees. All cancellations and or changes require a 24 hour notice. Guests who do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
Less than 24 hours --> 50% of services booked
Failure to show --> 100 % of services booked
GRATUITIES
For Service Excellence, gratuities are graciously accepted. Gift Cards and Packages do not include gratuities.
INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure a safe and relaxing O Spa experience we require you to complete a health intake form upon check-in. If you have certain medical conditions such as asthma, allergies or high blood-pressure or are pregnant, certain spa services may have to be modified or may not be appropriate.
Note: All service, session and treatment times include consultation and/or assessment procedures.
Guests are entitled to complimentary use of the Tranquility Lounge and Beverage Bar. Use of showers, lockers and change facilities for men and women is included for guests. O Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. The Spa Area is not suited to accommodate children. In consideration of all Spa guests, please turn off cell phones, etc.
